FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
The Faculty Development Program (FDP) is a critical factor towards building the strong foundation of an educational system to ensure quality education. In previous and current studies, faculty development has always surfaced as a priority concern. It makes teachers aware of what they do, asks them why, and challenges them to continually do it better. Professional development strengthens the affective, intellectual, and social aspects of academic life. It improves the academic experience at institutions for teachers and students.
Taking into this consideration, Our College Under the leadership of Dr. Bhavik Shah, invites various experts from different field. During the year all the faculties have very wide opportunities for develop their abilities, skills and influence quality of education.
Faculty Development Program on “Open Book Examination”

A Faculty Development Program on Open Book Examination was organized by our college on 5th January, 2022. In which in-depth information about Open Book Examination was given by principal Dr. Bhavik Shah, All the faculty also enthusiastically joined the training. A practical session (Open Forum Discussion) was also held for the entire faculty at the end of the training.
One Day Workshop on “Bloom Taxonomy & Open Book Examination”

Our College organized a workshop on “Bloom Taxonomy & Open Book Examination” on 8th January, 2022, Saturday, aiming at providing awareness of it among the teaching fraternity at colleges’ levels and for the trainees of Education colleges too. It is very high time to practice the same in the Educational Institutions as there is an acceptance and a widely use of Bloom Taxonomy on the very regular basis in Teaching now a days. So the college had planned on organize such program on specific theme only. Principal Dr. Bhavik Shah was the dynamic expert speaker of the workshop. About 18 participants (Faculties) of Colleges actively practiced the workshop and made it one of the memorable programs ever attended.
